PAYMENT POLICIES

The rates shown on the website are valid only on the day of your quote. By requesting the service, you expressly authorize us to use your credit card number, in any way, written and/or verbal, to process your payment or any outstanding balance you may have with the company “CIC”, and you expressly confirm that you know and accept our terms of use.

Prices are listed in Mexican Pesos and are valid at the time of quotation.

Accepted payment methods include:

• Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)

• Bank transfers

• Cash deposits (OXXO, Walmart, Soriana, 7-Eleven, etc.)

RECURRING PAYMENTS

In some plans, you have the option to schedule recurring payments for packages available in our current offering. Your package will only renew if you have sufficient funds on the debit or credit card linked to your account. Recurring payments will not be activated if you use up the benefits included in your packages, as they are time-based; that is, they depend on the validity period of your active recurring package.

Recurring payments may be scheduled depending on the selected plan. Charges will be attempted up to 3 times if unsuccessful.

You may cancel recurring payments at any time before the next charge.

RECURRING CHARGE CANCELLATION

You can cancel your C.I.C. service at any time, and you will continue to have access to the service until your benefits expire or your package/membership/donation/subscription/tuition expires. Once a recurring charge has been processed, it is non-refundable, even if you decide not to use the service in full or in part. PRICE AND SERVICE CHANGES

C.I.C. reserves the right to modify services and pricing according to its Terms and Conditions.
